Staying in our wonderful holiday house will give you a taste of the real Spain; set in one of Arcoss prettiest and quietest streets, the house forms part of an Andalusian style residence of Moorish character with a typical central patio.

Enjoy sunsets from your private terrace, spacious and lofty living accommodation, a well equipped kitchen and stunning views from each of the two bedrooms. The house has the advantage of being both very private and quiet and yet everything is on your doorstep!

The holiday rental is well placed for local amenities such as banks, restaurants, bars and shops. Lazy summer days can be spent either at one of the beaches on the Costa de la Luz or by a nearby salt water pool set in Arcos beautiful countryside - and one of her best kept secrets!

Arcos is easy to reach, the two nearest airports being Jerez de la Frontera, just 20 minutes away and Seville, 60 to 70 minutes away.

Arcos is also well placed to discover Cadiz Province and beyond, from the beaches of the Costa de la Luz, to Seville as well as the hill-top White Towns (including Ronda) and spectacular scenery of the Sierras.

Arcos lives and breathes her history; her Old Quarter is a maze of narrow winding whitewashed streets, lined with Andalusian patio houses in both the Moorish and Jewish styles, Gothic-Mudejar architecture as well as fabulous Renaissance Palaces built off the riches of Spains once great Amercian Empire.

Perched dramatically on an in-land ridge of sandstone, Arcos stands proud above the surrounding countryside, her hill-top position giving away an important military past.

Rental of the house is from 65€ to 120€ per night.
The minimum stay is for 3 nights.
Rates vary according to the number of nights booked, the number of guests and special events such as Easter, Moto GP, Belen and Christmas and New Year.
Please contact us so that we can give you an accurate quote and reconfirm availability (to help your planning we keep the calendar up-to-date).
Outside special events (Moto GP, Easter, Belén, Christmas & New Year), book 7 nights and we offer the 8th night free throughout the year.

RATES INCLUDE:
Full use of the accommodations facilities (satellite tv, CD/Radio, DVD player, use of library, private terrace, outside bbq, well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, creamic hob, microwave and kettle, air-conditioning in Summer, heating unit and radiators in Winter, hair dryer, iron and iron board)
Bedlinen (cotton sheets in Summer, warm duvets in Winter)

Cleaning and preparation of accommodation

If you would like a change of bedlinen, towels or the house to be cleaned during the course of your stay, this can be arranged at a rate of 10€ per hour

Passport numbers and nationality
Your home address and telephone number
Your mobile number just in case we need to contact you either prior to or during your stay
A contact name and contact details in case of an emergency
Depature time is 10:00 and arrival time is 14:00. Please advise if your arrival time is later.
20% deposit required at the time of booking to be paid via Paypals easy and secure payment system
The outstanding amount is payable in cash on arrival

Once we have received the requested information and deposit, we then forward our Information Pack with our contact details, how and where to find us in Arcos, getting to Arcos, parking, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc.
