Notes
• For a formal booking we ask for 25% in advance plus a 200€ refundable deposit against any damages that will be returned once we have inspected the property after your departure. The second payment must be done one month before your arrival and as soon as we receive it we will send to your address a set of keys.
• To confirm bookings within less than six weeks before your arrival we ask for the total rent plus 200€ deposit to be paid.
• Arrivals from 4:00pm onwards and departures before 11:00am
• We prefer bookings from saturday to saturday.
• Cleaning included.
