Kitchen with cutlery and plates for 12 persons, usual kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dish washer.
WC with hand basin.
Outside: Behind the house, fenced garden. - In front of the house, fenced terrace.
First floor 2 bedrooms w. double bed, balcony and bathroom with bath tub / shower.
Second floor: 1 bedroom w. double bed and entry to sun terrace w/ 2 sun beds, table and chairs.

Notes
Information: Price per week includes electricity and water, but excludes cleaning at end of lease and bed linen.
Terms of payment: A deposit of 2000 DKK / 275 EUR is downpaid at placement of order. The leasing total amount should be paid at the latest 8 weeks before the start of the leasing period.

Order cancelling: If the leasing fee is not paid on due date, it will be considered as a cancellation, and the rental agency will have the right to rent the house to another party.
Keys: Keys are handed out at arrival and handed back on the day of departure. Lost keys or keys failed to be handed back will be charged a penalty fee of 1000 DKK.
Cleaning: Final cleaning and rental of bed linen 650 DKK / 85 EUR, will be deduced from the deposit at the end of the leasing period. Destroyed objects/inventory will be charged before departure.
