De Villa

Uiterst modern en markant ontworpen villa, gelegen op een ruim kavel met vergezichten tot aan de zee.
Circa 280 m2 leefruimte verdeeld over 3 woonlagen.

De eerst laag is vrij indeelbaar en heeft een comfortabele badkamer. 2 extra bedden voor kinderen binnen een groep van 8 personen zijn te realiseren op aanvraag en tegen 100 euro meerkosten per week.

De tweede laag heeft een spectaculair glazen entree, grote, hoge leefruimte met open haard, design hoekkeuken met royale open eetruimte.

De derde laag is in twee delen verbonden door een glazen loopbrug. Totaal 3 flinke slaapkamers, 2 luxe badkamers en walk in closet.

Prachtig aangelegde tuin met gras en een groot zwembad omringd door een houten deck.

The reservation will be final when we have received the first payment of 30%. We ask for a deposit of €500 to be paid on arrival. This amount will be fully refunded when there are no damages.
Linen and towels are included. End of stay cleaning fee consists of €60. Prices are based on occupancy of 2-6 pers. At an additional fee of €150 a week it will posible to rent two extra beds for children.
