Grass garden alongside the villa, beautifully landscaped, wooden deck, large swimming pool.

Since the late 19th century Sitges has been a haven for artists and writers and it remains a dynamic cultural oasis, basing its economy on tourism and culture. The focus on quality infrastructure and high level accommodation has converted Sitges into a first-class destination.

Sitges is a very international town. Almost 35% of its inhabitants are from the Netherlands, U.K., France and Scandinavia and many of their children attend the international schools. A major reason for the popularity of Sitges real estates popularity amongst foreign buyers is its proximity to Barcelona city by road and train (35mins) and to Barcelonas international airport.

Notes
The reservation will be final when we have received the first payment of 30%. We ask for a deposit of €500 to be paid on arrival (no cheques) or paid upfront by bank transfer. This amount will be fully refunded when there are no damages.
Linen and towels are included. End of stay cleaning fee consists of €100. Prices are based on occupancy of 2-6 pers. At an additional fee of €150 a week it will possible to rent two extra beds for children.
