This lovely holiday apartment is situated only a few minutes walking from La Sagrada Familia and is perfect for a city break in Barcelona. The apartment contains a big lounge with TV and a sofa bed, a lovely fully fitted kitchen and dining area for 4 persons, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. From both the lounge and one of the bedrooms there is access to the terrace where you can enjoy the lovely clime of Barcelona.

Catalonia and Costa Brava is situated in the north of Spain and is every year visited by many tourists. The area has many attractions and is highly recommended. The area contains lovely beaches and many amazing attractions. The population of Catalonia is approx. 6 millions and the languages is Spanisk and Catalan - but they speak English as well in many places.

Barcelona is probably one of the best cities in the world to visit. And especially the area Barceloneta is great, because the area is located beside the beach and still only 15 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and the historic city centre of Barcelona. So here you can enjoy your holiday on the beach and you can walk to the city centre and see all the great attractions – such as Barrio Gotico, Las Ramblas, Museum Pablo Picasso, La Sagrada Familia and many many more…….

20% of rental fee two days after the reservation to secure booking.

200 € deposit paid by arrival - and is paid back by departure as long as the rental is in same conditions as received.
