This beautiful villa has been totally reformed to the highest standard with quality tiling and carpentry throughout, coupled with tasteful decoration and a brand new fully fitted kitchen complete with electro-domestics. The property is located three kilometres outside of the town in a very desirable area of Montroy called ‘El Palmeral’, (The Palms) on a flat 1,660m² fully enclosed plot.
