This new fully equipped 2 bedroom,2 bathroom, air conditioned apartment has all modern facilities including satellite TV and free communal Wi-fi. The apartment has spectacular sea views of the Andalucian coastline and La Herradura bay.We are approximately 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from Nerja and Alumunecar with its lively traditional market every Friday morning. The apartment also overlooks the large pool plus toddlers pool and sun bathing terraces(with loungers,umbrellas, changing rooms and toilets) which are set in tropical gardens.
There is secure underground parking and the apartment is accessed via a lift. The apartment has a spacious open plan living/dining area which is tastefully finished to a high standard which leads onto the terrace with tables and chairs for relaxing and alfresco dining. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with granite work tops and all new appliances. The double bedroom is en-suite with bath,shower and bidet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a nearby bathroom with shower.
We are 1 hour from both Malaga airport and the beautiful city of Granada. La Herradura is a quiet traditional unspoilt Spanish seaside town with excellent restaurants,tapas bars,shops;also a covered market on the seafront with fresh produce everyday,making a wonderful location for a relaxing holiday. This coastline is an area of outstanding natural beauty,designated as a "parque natural" ideal for walking with spectacular views and secluded beaches and pine clad mountains.La Herradura has a PADI registered diving centre, wind surfing, paragliding,sailing school and horse riding. Golf courses are readily available and there is a water park in Almunecar and sailing from the nearby Port deste. This is an excellent location for visiting many of the unspoilt areas of this part of Andalucia, including the Alparjarras, the world heritage Alhambra Palace in Granada, the Sierra Nevadas with its pretty inland white washed villages and skiing in the winter.

Prices are shown for the property per week in Euros. Longer winter lets will be eligible for discount by negotiation. Preferred Saturday arrivals/departures. We are fully flexible if other bookings allow. Initially a deposit of 25% to secure booking,then balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure. In addition 100 Euros fully refunded deposit against damages. Our prices INCLUDE all cleaning costs.
The apartment is cleaned before and after each visit.
