The villa lies in a large garden of approx 1200sq m set out with local plants and trees. It enjoys its own private outdoor swimming pool and there is a bar-b-que. There are several terraces where you can sunbathe or enjoy a drink or a meal. Ample space is provided for the parking of up to three vehicles.

The internal accommodation
Two bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes and two single beds; 

Bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath with shower over and hand basin;

Second bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin;

Large kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, gas and electric hob, oven and microwave;

Sitting room area equipped with TV with Spanish territorial and many UK Freesat channels, video and DVD players;

Dining room area with table, chairs, radio and CD player;

Glazed naya (sunlounge) with table and chairs and views across the valley

An ironing broad and iron are provided.

A portable air conditioning unit is provided in the summer months.

In winter central heating can be provided for additional cost.

Notes
A deposit of £100 or 110 euros per week or per part of per
week is required to secure all bookings.

The deposit will be returned following inspection of the premises after you leave and sent either by cheque to your home address or paid directly into your nominated bank account.

Costs of breakages and damage may be deducted from the deposit.

Late cancellation will normally mean the forfeit of the deposit.


Full payment for the entire rental period must have been received and cleared at least four weeks before the start of occupancy. Failure to do this could lead to the property being re-let and the deposit being forfeited.
