Preferred changeover day is Saturday (but flexible)
Reservation Fee of 30% upfront upon booking, Nonrefundable if reservation is cancelled.
Remaining 70% balance due at time of check in
Security Deposit of 300 Euros due at time of check in
Security Deposit is refundable at departure if no breakages or damages incurred.
60 Euros for final cleaning
