Zeer mooie, ruime Villa met privé zwembad op het prachtige Mas Fumats in de baai van Roses Spanje.
Op de benedenverdieping van de Villa treft u moderne keuken voorzien van alle gemakken, een zeer ruime woonkamer met airconditioner en televisie met satelliet ontvanger en een toilet aan. Via de schuifpui in de woonkamer komt u bij het prachtige zwembad met een afmeting van 45 m2. Het terras is voorzien van een overkapte loungehoek met buitenkeuken en barbecue. Vanuit de woonkamer komt u via de trap boven waar u drie zeer ruime slaapkamers aantreft. De ouderslaapkamer heeft een airconditioner, eigen badkamer met douche en balkon, van waaruit u van het prachtige uitzicht op de baai van Roses kunt genieten. De tweede badkamer boven heeft een bad met douche. Elke badkamer is tevens voorzien van toilet.
Ook heeft u beschikking over een garage en een door een hek afgesloten binnenplaats waar u uw auto kunt parkeren.
De Villa biedt ruimte voor tien personen en is particulier bezit van een Nederlander.November,December tot de kerstvakantie, kunnen wij u deze villa aanbieden voor € 700,00 p.w.

Verder hebben we een Hollandse bar hier in Rosas.
Groot voordeel is, dat U de sleutels ook nog laat af kunt halen.Verder kunt U mijn speedboot voor een aantrekkelijke prijs erbij huren. Hoop U spoedig te mogen begroeten hier onder de spaanse zon.
Hello, I rent out my villa since 2009. Further you could rent for a nice price my speedboat. I own a international bar here in Rosas, so till late you can pick up the keys. Hope to see you soon in sunny Spain.
