Spare room has a triple bunk bed with double on the base and single at the top. The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipt. The lounge/diner has doors that open to a private balcony again with sea views. There are internal stairs leading to a large solarium roof, which comfortably lends itself to all day sunbathing.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a 5 story building. Alicante is 40 minutes drive and Murcia is 20 Minutes.

There are many bars and restaurants nearby also a local supermarket and a local shop where you can buy freshly baked bread/croissants and English newpapers.

The apartment also benefits from a secure gated entrance.
