And especially the area Barceloneta is great, because the area is located beside the beach and still only 15 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and the historic city centre of Barcelona. 250,00 euros deposit paid by arrival date - the deposit will be paid back on departure date as long as you leave the rental in same conditions as received. Any damages will be paid taken from the deposit.
