A perfect holiday villa with private parking and in just a few minutes from the best beaches and a wide range of restaurants and entertainment.
The villa is situated on the East side of Marbella, between Marbella and Malaga on Urbanization Riviera del Sol - Mijas Costa.
Riviera is very easy to find, so directions are very straight forward! Car hire not necessary but is recommended if you want to travel around.

The urbanization is very residential and a great holiday location. The beach is not far away and could be walked to in about 20 minutes or 2 minutes by car. The beach is accepted to be on of the best beach in Marbella.
If you walk down the streete towards the beach, you come to trendy bars and restaurants and of course the beach has a lovely restaurant called Max Beach serving anything from salad to the best grilled seafood.
For night life, Niki beach is not far and many bars and pubs can be found in the urbanization. Of course Marbella town and Puerto Banus are very nice to go and about 15 minutes from the villa by car. Peace or entertainment it is present and it depends what kind of holiday you are looking to have.
The living area of the villa is set on 1 floor. The swimming pool is one level lower and the garden is on the lowest level.
The living level has 4 bedrooms en-suite.
A very large living with and a fantastic large fully fitted kitchen.
Nice terraces with stunning sea view and a great area to relax and enjoy the sun.
The swimming pool level is has a large terrace and a dining area with 12 seats table and indoor kitchen with equipment. BBQ on gas and fully privacy.
The garden is has a lawn and is a great play area for kids. Fully secluded and no neighbors that look in.
There is an 8x4 swimming pool. Private parking is on side, though the street parking is the easiest and without problems.
