Full equipped kitchen and big has also TV, terrace furniture, washing machine, friser, oven and dinning table.
Next to the swimingpool you will find terrace furniture and property as a surface of 1000 m2 ideal for families and children, and also you will find a large dinning table outside with sunroof and house is located just 950 mts from the beach.

The property is located in 3 Calas, a Residencial area, surrounded by pines and vegetation, where you will find one of the latest virgin coast in the Mediterranean. There are numerous beatifull golden sandy beaches and they are the stars of our coastline where the scent of pine tress caresses the crystal clear 450 mts from the Villa you will find a supermarket and a commercial town of LAtmella de Mar in around 4 km far way and its international well-known for the gastronomie, restaurants and hospitality.
You will enjoy with all the activities like; swimming,, fishing,wind-sufing, sailing, golf, tennis, horse riding
LAtmella de Mar is very accessible; we have and exit from the motorway and also you have the connexions with fligts in Reus airport
