Fully renovated in 2009 with a 3000m2 of garden. Everything is new: kitchen, bath rooms, windows, the garden!

The villa is situated in the prestigeous residential area of Cala Santanyi. Very peaceful atomosphere with trees all around.

The villa consits of : 2 double rooms with their own bath room each and 1 twin room with its own bath room downstairs. The kitchen and the living-dining room are connected to each of these 3 bedrooms. Upstairs there are 1 twin room and 1 double room which share a bath room. Also, there is a TV lounge facing to the balcony with a fantastic sea view.

You may choose to eat inside, on the roofed terrace, or next to swimming pool. There is a small terrace outside the kithcen as well.

The villa is idal for a group of 2 to 3 families with children - if the children are autonomous, they can go down to the beach by themselves, while the swimming pool is big (10 x 5m).

On Cala Santanyi, there are small shops and very good beach restaurants. The Santanyi town is only 5km of drive, where you can find everything you need for your holiday, in addition to the local markets twice a week.
Also, the villa is 2km away from Cala Figuera, a beautiful fishermens port. In late afternoon, you can even buy fish directly from the fishing boat!

Notes
Minimum stay : 1 week for July, August & September. 4 days for the other period.
Reservations are to be confirmed upon the bank transfer of 25% of the total cost. The rest should be paid 8 weeks prior to the starting date.
300Euros cash are required against a breakage upon arrival, which will be fully returned on departure if there is no damage.

3 fantastic weeks in Cala Sanatanyi

This is a great Villa, in a quiet and really nice area. Short walks to both beaches and Cala Figuera with its restaurants and small shops. What we especially liked with the Villa was that it is a bit impersonal - and that suits us very well, we do not like to “live among” things belonging to other people. At the time being the Villa appears as presented, however without good maintenance the impression will very soon drop to a lower level. Still, we would like to try in again next year. We now find a very professional people to maintain the villa as well as welcoming the guests. Also, we installed the aircon in each of 5 bedrooms.
