Very nice villa surrounded by lots of plamtrees. The villa is set in a beautifull 1300 sq.m. private garden with many terraces and cosy places to enjoy.
It has an outdoor pivate swimmingpool with poollights, a shower and barbeque-aerea. The villa is located in the quiet urbanisation of Baladrar (Benissa).
Distance to the closest beach: 1 km. Restaurant at 200m, international supermarket at 1 km distance. Only 4 km to the beaches of Moraira and also the lovely little town of Moraira.
Moraira is a most beautiful and relaxing town. The shops and restaurants are open all year round.
The villa has all the nessasery needs to support an entire family. Ideal to relax and enjoy a great vacation!
