Luxury Villa with private pool and several terraces on 30 kms from the most beautiful Spanish beaches and situated between mountains and vinyards.
Its also a perfect walking-area.
There are many local markets and festivities in this area.
The beautiful city Elche with the large palmtree gardens is near by and has big shopping centres.

Hondón de las Nieves is a small and very old village about 5 kms from the urbanization and has a very nice villagegreen with several terraces.
Also there are some supermarkets and bodegas, bookshop etc.
In the area there are a lot of good restaurants.
At about 125m from our villa there is a finca-restaurant where you can eat delicious for a very good price.

Interior: Satelite t.v., floorheating, airco in the bedrooms,
guesttoilet in the lobby.

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms with a large dubbelbed and large wardrobes.

Bathroom: Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, washstand and toilet.

Kitchen: fully provided incl. microwave, dishwasher, coffeemachine etc.

Washing-machine and dryer.

Security: Saveguarded by rolling shutters, double-glass and rejas.

Garden/Pool: Pool 9m x 4,5m Cleaning of the pool once a week. Next to the pool is an outside shower.

Terraces: There are several tables, chairs and deckchairs on the terraces and near the pool.


When you arrive our caretaker brings you to our house (she lives at about 200m) and guide you through the house. If you have questions or problems she can help you.

Arrival- and departure day: 24-04-2010 until 30-10-2010: preference only SATERDAY, if you prefer an other day please mail us.

ARRIVAL: after 16.00 p.m.
DEPARTURE: you have to leave the house at least 10.00 a.m.

Payment: To save your booking: 35% of the rent within 7 days.
2th payment: 65% of the rent at least 30 days before arrival.

Final cleaning € 65,-- you have to pay it cash to the caretaker.

Refundable deposit € 200,-- together with the 2th term of payment.
We return on your account when the caretaker confirms everything is in order.

PRICES PER WEEK ARE INCLUSIVE GAS.

Water: 5m³ for 2 weeks free.
Electricity: € 0,25 per Kwh
