Recently refurbished 3 bedroom, 4th floor apartment at end of block with windows facing east, west and south, in a quiet residential area with sea and mountain views. 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja and 5 minutes drive to the new hospital. Communal swimming pool(open June, July and August), tennis court, gardens and large balcony offering views of the sea and Torrevieja. 1 single and 2 double bedrooms(to suit 5 people + cot if required), 2 shower rooms, fully fitted kitchen to include washing machine and dishwasher. There are a variety of golf courses in the area 15/25 minutes drive.(Villa martin and Las Ramblas) Beside the coast, the nearest beach is 10 minutes walk and the nearest shops are 5 minutes. Pacos bar/restaurant over looks the the sea is 5 minutes away and Christophers Restaurant is 100 metres. Alicante airport is 50 minutes and Murcia, San Javiar airport 30 minutes drive. Ideal for swimming, fishing, coastal walks and cycling. There is also a regular coastal bus service every 1/2 hour to Torrevieja. Long term let available on request.
