VILLA Vista Montana is in a beautiful hillside location, 600 meters from the village of Almiserat and 900 meters from Lloc Nou de San Jeroni. The villa is on 2 floors and can be rented as a whole or as two separate self contained apartments. The villa is surrounded by 1000 square meters of natural forested hillside, gardens and fruit trees. 2 large balconies furnished with tables and chairs are perfect for dining outdoors. The pool is a magnificent 10 x 5 meters surrounded by a large terrace, furnished with loungers, tables, chairs, dinning canopy and parasol umbrella. The views from the house and pool are wonderful and overlook the pine trees and orange groves across to the River Vanissa and to the other side of the valley.

The villa is on 2 floors & has 4 bedrooms, shower room & kitchen on the main level plus second shower room and kitchenette in the lower apartment. The upper floor has a balcony and breakfast terrace. The front door leads through the open plan kitchen into a large lounge/diner, fully furnished with 3 x 2 seater sofas, dinning table & coffee table. CD/Tape player, TV, Digital Receiver and DVD. The dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs & a small library. The bedrooms are well appointed & have built-in wardrobes. Large shower room with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Fully fitted kitchen. The lower living level can be accessed either by the internal stairs or through the separate apartment door on the lower terrace. The apartment space offers another breakfast/BBQ terrace plus a large lounge with a small kitchenette, along with CD/audio player and Video/TV. Bedroom 4 is located adjacent to the lounge with wardrobe and storage area. The second shower room is en-suit with WC and washbasin. The upper level has Hot/Cold A/c and ceiling fans. A washing machine is provided in a separate room by the pool.

VILLA Vista Montana is located on a wooded hillside just minutes away from Almiserat and LLoc Nou which are separated by a bridge over the river. Almiserat has a Bar/Restaurant, Bakers and Chemist. LLoc Nou has two Bar/Restaurants, Bank, Chemist, Bakers, General stores, Butcher and Hairdressers. There is a market outside the town hall, which also houses the medical clinic and has internet access available. The main CV60 road runs past LLoc Nou and it is 10Kms to Gandia on the coast and 30Kms inland to the major towns of Albaida and Xativa. Both directions run through the wonderful scenery of the Albaida Valley. From Gandia there is easy access to the glorious beaches of Gandia, Guardamar, Piles, Daimus and Oliva. Oliva has a huge market every Friday in the Paseo, Gandia on Saturday. Within easy driving distance there is a Wildlife Safari Park at Vergel. Terra MiticaTheme Park and Benidorm is an hour away by car. The beautiful city of Valencia is a 1 hour drive. Oliva Nova Golf is 20Kms.
