Large detached beautifully appointed villa situated on Bonalba Golf Course, with direct views of the Golf Course and to the sea in the distance

This villa was originally appointed as a permanent family home and, as such, has been equipped to the highest level. It is very secure, with private parking behind electric gates at the front. The villa is entirely surrounded by its own gardens, with two balconies at first floor level at the back and a covered terrace at ground floor level overlooking the garden.

This is a front line golf villa in an elevated position and boasts fabulous views over the golf course. There is a large private pool (6m x 12m), a large gas BBQ and plenty of outside seating for relaxing and al fresco dining.

The villa is fully air conditioned, with a completely integrated system functioning in every room.

Sitting Room

The sitting room is situated at the rear of the villa, with patio doors to the terrace. The terrace overlooks the garden and pool area. There is a large leather corner sofa and two suede armchairs. There is a fireplace with coal effect gas fire – for winter evenings. There is a large dining table and chairs and a flat screen TV and DVD player. As in the rest of the villa, there is beautiful marble flooring.

Kitchen

The large well planned kitchen offers a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and coffee machine. There are all the utensils and crockery you would expect to find to enable you to prepare and enjoy fine food during your holiday. The kitchen also has patio doors on to the large covered terrace that runs the whole width of the property.

Utility Room

From the kitchen a door leads to the Utility Room, containing a further sink, washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board and further access to the garden.

Shower Room and WC

A marble clad shower room and WC is situated off the downstairs hallway.

Hallway

The main front entrance is into an impressive hallway with large marble stairs curving around to the first floor.

Study/Bedroom 5

Situated on the Ground Floor, there is a study with desk and views to the front garden. The study has a large double sofa bed and can be used as an additional bedroom.

First Floor

Master Bedroom

A fabulous room, with private balcony with sea views and en-suite shower room. This room has king size double bed and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The en-suite shower room has “his and hers” sinks and an energising power/massage shower with integrated radio.

Bedroom 2

A large room, again with private balcony with sea views. This room has two twin beds. Please note that these beds are arranged as one single bed, with a supplementary "pull out" bed stored below.

Bedroom 4

Situated at the front of the house, this room has a double bed.

Bathroom

The main family bathroom has two sinks, WC, shower and separate full sized bath.

Outside

Behind the villa is a large, private sunny garden with views directly over the golf course and to the sea beyond.

There are two tables (one six seater and one four seater) with chairs on the main covered terrace, that runs the whole width of the back of the house.
There is also a large stone table and benches, seating nine, adjacent to the swimming pool.

There is a large gas BBQ.

The pool measures 6 feet by 12 feet and is situated in the middle of the garden, with a sunbathing area around it.

Golf Bonalba is a magnificent 18 hole par 72 course measuring 6.367m. from the back tees, nestling in the foot hills of the Sierra de Bonalba, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The facilities at Golf Bonalba include the Golf Academy with qualified professional instructors, large driving range, putting greens, approach area and bunker practice green. Changing rooms (lockers available), Pro Shop, pull trolleys, electric trolleys, buggies and golf club hire. Golf Bonalba is open every day of the year from 08.00 hours.

Other services include the Club House with surrounding terraces which serves breakfasts, tapas, snacks and menu of the day. There is also an a la carte restaurant.

The annual daily average temperature of 20C and the wonderful beaches of San Juan and El Campello only 4km from the first tee makes Bonalba a privileged area where golf can be played all year round.

Golf Bonalba has excellent communications from the international Aiport de El Altet (Alicante), 25 minutes. Bonalba is 10 minutes by motorway from Alicante. Other golf courses nearby include Golf Alicante 18 hole par 72, Golf Alenda 18 hole par 72 and Golf El Plantio 18 hole par 72. Also within easy reach are the courses of Las Ramblas and La Finca.

The villa is, of course, not just for golfers. Because of its situation it is ideal for family holidays with the beautiful beaches of El Campello and San Juan at approximately 4 km. 10 km to the fascinating cosmopolitan City of Alicante with its fabulous restaurants and rich history and 15 km to Benidorm, where there are many large theme parks (such as Terra Mitica and Aqualandia) for the children.

There is a small commercial centre at Bonalba with hairdresser, shop and café/bars. There is a large Carrefour hypermarket approximately 8 minutes from Bonalba.

Spa Bonalba

Newly opened in July 2004 is an impressive Spa. The pool, set in tropical gardens has a gently sloping beach entry with an inner cave and waterfall, a slide and Jacuzzi and a separate section for children. Other facilities at the Spa include a gym, steam room and sauna, and health and beauty treatments. There is a nursery facility available should parents wish to have a little free time.
