Into the main Villa there are two separately apartments, there is also a self-contained studio.
There are stunning views from the swimming pool, terrace and villa of the whole of the Bay of Roses, the Pyrenees. On the quiet hillside community of Mas Fumats yet only 3 km from the beaches and Roses Town centre.


It is also possible to rent both apartments!

The ground level apartment (4 persons)
The first floor apartment (4 persons)
The studio (2 persons)
Swimming pool (salt system) the entrance of which can be closed off for small children

One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Further bedroom (2 single beds) and a second bathroom!!
Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine etc
A very comfortably furnished and well equipped Lounge with TV,
A large covered terrace
Please note: Our ground floor apartment is suitable for wheelchairs.

Notes
50% of the Rental fee is payable on booking. This, plus a
€ 500,- security deposit must be paid to the owner at least six weeks before commencement of the rental. I don't charge cleaning fee, when the apartment is left in suitable state. The cleaning price is normally € 75,- for one apartment per week

The security deposit will be returned totally within one month of the day of departure, but only after it has been checked whether the house has been left behind tidy and in good order and the inventory has been established as complete.

Any abnormal consumption of water, electricity and gas will be charged at the invoice price of the Spanish suppliers and will be deducted from the security deposit.
