Situated in a peaceful urbanisation, the house has its own entrance which leads to a separate, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining area and balcony with lovely view. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with bath/shower and an extra corner shower. An iron staircase leads to a large roof terrace with more amazing views and loungers. Suitable for parties and barbecues! You can park outside the property or any area nearby. You are within easy reach of the town (2km) with all its nightlife and amenities.
The local bus and taxi services are very reasonable and regular and parking is easy. There is always a great atmosphere, whether you visit in summer or during the winter months.
The property is overseen by local representatives and we are always contactable and on hand for any assistance, if necessary.
The local tourist office is very informative and we also provide an information booklet on the property and local tourism.

Arrival and departure days are flexible but midweek preferred.

More about Alexena Lorca

I set up a small rental agency in Nerja in 2002 and have been renting this house since then. We have a few others now we still rent out for loyal owners and now have a family ourselves. The location is Punta Lara urbanisation in the town of Nerja, Near Malaga. I love doing this job and hope to see you soon.
