Guardamar del Segura is one of the most popular holiday destinations for Spanish people, especially from Madrid. During the high season the population of Guardamar increases from 13.000 to 50.000 not only from Spain but also from the U.K. , The Netherlands and Germany.

Our apartment is located just outside the "pinar" forrest. From the balcony, which is on the 4th floor, you will have a beautifull view over sea and forrest. It is particularly suitable for families and elderly people. We have all things available that makes your stay comfortable, including washing machine, satellite TV and airconditioning.

Notes
We work together with local hosts Willem and Tonnie from Costa Blanca Home Care. They provide services like airport pick up, cleaning and key holding. Check out their website for more information

The full amount of your stay plus a 100 Euro deposit must be paid in cash to Willem and Tonnie on arrival. In addition an extra 57,50 Euro for cleaning and linen is applicable. The deposit will be refunded when you return the keys.
