Living Room: Two sofa beds, coffee table, extendable round dining table & 4 chairs, display cabinet, TV cabinet with TV & DVD player. English TV Channels via Communal Satellite.

Kitchen: Granite worktops, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery pots/pans & utensils.

Main Bedroom with shower room: Double bed, 2 bedside tables, built in wardrobe with safe.

Second Bedroom: Two single beds, 1 bedside table & built in wardrobe.

Bathroom: Bath with shower overhead, toilet, bidet, wall mirror.

Roof Solarium: Four sun loungers & parasol.

Terrace: Table & 4 chairs
Garden: Private
Swimming pools: 2 communal pools

Available on request for hire: beach towels, travel cot (no bedding), high chair & push chair.

Area: within walking distance from the apartment is the Mercadona supermarket.

Attractions: Many blue flag beeches. Three main golf courses can be found within a short distance to La Mata, Las Ramblas, Campoamor & Villamartin. Large Salt Lakes at Torrevieja & La Mata which have bird reserve & Natural Park. A large water park at Torrevieja. Horse riding nearby. Go-Karting at Orihuela Costa with separate tracks for adults, children and juniors. Saturday market at Playa Flamenca & Fridays at Torrevieja

Airport: Alicante can be accessed by car in approximately 40 mins.

25% non-refundable deposit needed to confirm booking & a refundable (subject to no damage/excess cleaning) damage deposit 100 GBP/150 euros payable in cash on day of arrival. Balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. 5% credit/debit charge for debit/credit card payments.

Departure clean of £30.00 for up to 4 guests, plus £5.00 for the 5th guest; payable when booking.

Water, electricity, hot/cold air-conditioning included in weekly rental price for up to 4 guests. There will be a additional charge of £16.00/week for a 5th guest payable when booking.

Review

The apartment was very good and Jane/Sue were very helpful throughout. Everything that we needed was there with a nice area for sitting on the roof as well. The area was not my type in hindsight as it is a tad British for my taste but a lot of others think its great.
