Spacious Apartment to rent at Can Pastilla/Cala Estancia in Mallorca
The apartment has a 20m2 sunny terrace directly above the beach, a breathtaking view of the ocean and the little port in the bay of Cala Estancia.
Big living room with a sofa, which can be used as a additional bed. There is a dinning table and an extra computer table and free wifi on Cala Estancia Beach and a 500 MB USB modem stick.
Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes and cutlery.
The private terrace has a table, 4 chairs and a sunbed.
The double bedroom has a big wardrobe and bed linen provided. The same view to the beach like from the living room.
The bathroom has towels included.
SAT-TV Astra, DVD Player and stereo, wifi, ventilator and a mobile air conditioner is also provided.
The mobile air conditioner can be used with a small surcharge.
Palma is about 8 km away with a bus every 8/9 minutes. The nearest Aquatic Park is approx. 4 km away and has a bus service.
