The apartment has a 20m2 sunny terrace directly above the beach, a breathtaking view of the ocean and the little harbour in the bay of Cala Estancia. 8 km to Palma.

This spacious apartment has a big living area with a sofa, which can be used as a spare double bed, if wanted.

The fully equipped kitchen and the dining table in the living area are decorated nicely.

The private terrace has a table, 4 chairs and a sun bed.

The double bedroom has a big built in wardrobe, SAT-TV and also has the same magnificent view as the living room.
Nice bathroom. Linen provided (bedclothes, towels and tea towels)

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes and cutlery.

SAT-TV Astra, DVD Player und stereo, W-LAN, ventilator and a mobile air conditioner is also provided.

There are numerous good restaurants within a few metres, 2 large supermarkets within a short distance and lots of local shops as well as weekly markets in the town square.

Palma is about 8 km away with a bus every 8/9 minutes. The nearest aquatic park is approx. 4 km away.
