A quiet house in the countryside, sorrounded by olive and orange trees, 2 km from Soller and Puerto de Sóller. Views over the country, the sea and the mountains. It is a lovely house built on a hill with views and total tranquility. Car park. It is ideal for families and hikers.

The house is suitable for children as there are no cars. There are sheep grazing nearby and lots of land to run around and walks to nearby village or beach.

The house stands on its own. It is countryside with little walking paths that will take you down to the Puerto Soller and the beach or Sa Figuera.

From the terrace and first floor bedrooms you can see the sea.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen. On the back terrace there is a wood burning oven and on the front terrace there is table, chairs and sunbeds.

COAST/BEACH
The North West Coast of Mallorca has a beautiful coast and clean water. There are rocky beaches, pebble stone beach and a sandy beach in Puerto Soller and Playa Repic which is 10 minutes drive from the house.
GOLF
The closest golf course is Son Termens, which is about 20 minutes drive, Son Vida 30 minutes drive, Bendinat 40 minutes and Santa Ponca 45 minutes to mention 4 of the 13 golf courses that you can find on the island.
TRAVEL
The airport is 45 minutes drive, Palma and the ferry harbour is 35 minutes drive. The town of Soller is 10 minutes drive.
Car hire is essential. Not too fancy a car as it is a small country road mainly dirt road up to the house.
DISTANCES
The nearest town is Soller, 10 minutes drive. Here you can find, the market, supermarket, shops, banks, post office, bars restaurants and cafés.
Deya is 20 minutes drive, Valldemossa is 25-30 minutes drive and about an hour to the Lluc Monastry.
Palma is 30 minutes drive.
FURTHER DETAILS
You will find bars, restaurants, music bars and cafés both in Puerto Soller and in Soller.
There are beach activities on the Playa Repic.

PRICES
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. Please ask for special offer in low season or long winter lets.
Energy costs are not included. Electricity as per your consumption is charged with 0,18 cents per KW directly to the owner.
PAYMENT
25 % by booking by bank transfer. Deposit of 300€ in cash on arrival.
CHANGEOVER DAY
Changeover day is Saturday. This is flexible in low season.
Arrival time is at 2pm and departure time is 10 am. This can be flexible depending on the availability of the house.
