In this very quieted situated private apartment residence Solymar on the south end of the Avenida de Tirajana, we have private apartments all with balcony overlooking pool and city. Price: from 32 Euro a day!

Full equipped kitchen with coffee/tea maker, toaster, fridge and electrical cooking plates. Living room with a three-seater sofa (also bed for 3th person), satellite-TV and balcony. A bathroom with bath or shower and toilet. Bedroom with 2 beds, wardrobe and safe.

Our apartments are situated in a centrally but quiet located complex, near the famous dunes of Maspalomas and just a 100 meters away from CC Cita and a bus stop nearby. Solymar apartments has 6 floors, 2 lifts, internet-corner, swimming pool, separate children’s pool, sun terrace, sun beds, hairdresser, rent-a-car, pool-bar and restaurant. Supermarket just around the corner (fresh bread every day!). Our office CanaryRent (also your reception) is in the same building. Free internet access in all apartments!!

The famous Maspalomas sand dunes, an overwhelming sight, are just a few meters away from the hotel. The main beach of Playa del Ingles is about 15 minutes walk along a beautiful promenade or by crossing the sanddunes.
