This is a typical ` beautiful Blue Top` style bungalow situated close to the La Marquesa golf course in Quesada. This property does have a great swimmingpool. Just out the door and youre in the pool, only 2 meters!! There is great views from the roof solarium. A short walk will find you at the commercial centre in the middle of the golf course where you will find bars, shops and restaurants. The house has a tiled front garden with good views over the pool area. The house itself has two bedrooms, master with double bed, second with two single beds and both with fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and open planned lounge/dining area with kitchen. A door leads from the small hall area out to the private courtyard where you will find a seating area and washing machine. From here stairs will take you to the large roof solarium. All in all this property is an ideal long term let. Ciudad Quesada is located 40 minutes drive to the Airport and 10 minutes to the beach.
