On the door step Cafeteria Expresso a fantasic english cafe. Large Mercadona 75metres away, selling local spainsh brands as well as british food/beverages. La Fuenta commercial centre is just 200 meteres away, with shops, chemist, restaurants, bars, English chippy. There are banks, hairdressers, mini market, and a lovely Spainsh tapas bar Tamisis 10 meters away.
The club house of Campoamor Golf course is 1.5km away and serves fine ala carte lunches with fantastic views of the coast.

There are several blue flag beaches 5mins away CaboRoig, Campoamor, La Zenia, Cala Captian. Guardamar beach has lovely sand dunes is 30mins north. Menor Mar has safe child freiendly beaches, mud plains (ideal for arthritic suffers), boat trips and water sports.
