This well equipped two bedroomed apartment offers great family accommodation. The American style kitchen/dining/living area is spacious. Double doors open onto a large balcony with pool and mountain views.
The kitchen has all modern conveniences,electric hob and oven, large fridge freezer, a micro-wave oven, toaster and kettle. A serving counter divides the kitchen from the dining area that has tasteful modern furniture.
There are two sofas in the sitting area with free to view English satellite TV.
There is also a DVD player and CD player and radio. Air conditioning is available for the summer and heating for the cooler months.

The master bedroom is off to the right. It is wonderfully light with two single beds placed side by side to make a large double bed. There is ample storage space and a dressing table. The room has air conditioning. Double doors open onto the same large balcony as mentioned before. This balcony runs the full length of the apartment and provides a super space to enjoy Spains wonderful climate.
The en suite bathroom has a WC, a bath with shower fitting, wash hand basin and vanity unit. The automatic washing machine is plumbed into the bathroom.

The second bedroom is off the dining area to the left. It has twin beds and a seperate balcony that offers sharing couples added privacy. The views of the Mijas mountains are stunning.
The second bathroom is on the left of the front entrance and has a WC, wash hand basin and vanity unit together with a modern shower cubical.

The apartment is on the third floor of a Spanish style tiered building. Access is up a small flight of steps and along an outside fully tiled corridor shared with one other apartment.

A local bus service runs between the beach resort of Fuengirola and the mountain village of Mijas.
The train that runs from Fuengirola and Malaga stops at the airport as well as a number a small towns on the Costa Del Sol.
