Magnific 3 bedrooms house located in the residential area El Casalot in Miami Playa. El Casalot is a fantastic Residencial area, surrounded by pins and vegetation very calm and charm perfect for family holidays. The house is located at about 3 km from the beaches of Miami-Playa and only 450m from the golf course Bonmont.
The house has a surface around 90 m2 and has capacity for 8 people.
On the Ground floor: hall, lounge-dining room with sofa bed for two people, , open kitchen with washing machine, 1 double bedroom (with two single beds) all with nice decoration, one bath with shower and a spacious covered terrace and porch right to the communal garden and the nice swimmingpool. The terrace has a fantastic barbecue.
First floor: hall, 2 double bedrooms (2 single beds in each one), 1 fully equipped bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped: open kitchen, electric cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine, TV .It has rustic stile furnishing, terrace furnishing, parking place in the private communal area.
Swimming pool for adults and children. ++

Arrivals are possible until 20:00 pm at the latest. If you wish to arrive later then 20:00 PM, This will have an extra cost of 70 Euros.

-Port Aventura: the well-known thematic park “Port Aventura” will embark you on the masot exating journey you have never will discover the mysteries of Imperial China,win the respect of far west,explore the jungles of polinesy,travel through exotic Azteca Mexico and expierience the picturesque scene of the Mediterranean.

-Going to the south (around 30km far) you can find the spectacular nationat park of Delta del Ebro. The Ebro Delta is the largest wetland area of Catalonia and the second inhabitated water of the Spain, after the Doña Natonal Park.

-Tarragona; with the roman arqueological complex of Tarraco as likewise been declared one of the seven wonders of Catalonia and Worl Heritage site by the UNESCO.

-Golf BonMont terres Noves is ine of the best golf couses in Catalonia. All the holes on this course are surrounded by spectacular vegetation and stunning views over the Mediterranean sea.
