A pleasant Family holiday home 2 bed 2 bath town house sleep 6 situated in a relaxing part of Spain. It has a spacious garden (courtyard) for entertaining friends and families. There is a parking area available in front of the house. It is a secured gated and alarmed resident community. It provides a spacious living and dining area and a separate kitchen with standard facilities. From the main bedroom balcony enjoy the sea views while relaxing. There is a gated communal swimming pool for children and adults within the urbanisation. The house is a short distance to many of the impressive coastal blue flag beaches. The surrounding area is packed with varied activities including fishing, go-karting, horse riding, golf and night life entertainment that will provide something for everyone. Sea life, safari, theme parks and for those who loves to be pampered a massage centre nearby in (San Pedro Del Pintar) offering various types of massage & mud bath. A very popular mud bath by the beach known for its medical properties to ease joint aches and pains are found also in this town attracting holidaymakers all over Europe.

No smoking allowed,but courtyard available.
This is ideally a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Securely gated urbanisation and child friendly. There are various things to do. For more detailed information on local activities and surrounding areas including the distance email with property is light and airy.

The rental charges are for the house 4 persons, for up to 6 persons enquire above prices include cleaning for up to 4 persons. Mininum 4nights for property will be cleaned upon your departure. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking,with the balance payable 8 weeks before your travel.Failure to pay the whole amount will result in the property being re-advertised.A refunable bond of £150.00 is required together with your full will be returned once our management office has confirmed that there is no damage or items missing. For stays of 2 weeks or more discounts available email with interest. Payment per house and not per person.Booking form and information pack availible on property sleeps 6persons ,if cot and high chair and car seat required there is extra charge .your departure date. Long term rental available enquire for rates. No smoking inside the property, smoking allowed only in the Court yard.
Terms and conditions for cancellation. Before 8 weeks £50.00 or €50.00.
8 to 4 weeks cancellation = 50% of the deposit.
4 to 2 weeks cancellation = 75% of the deposit.
2 to 0 weeks cancellation = loose your deposit.
