The grounds of the house include a private swimming pool and a beautiful tropical garden with lush green lawns, all very well maintained.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. The property is accessed by a wrought iron gate which leads to a small courtyard and the entrance hall of the house. On the left there is a well-equipped kitchen and on the right a bathroom, separate WC and two double bedrooms. Leading straight on from the hallway, there is a lounge, terraced area and another bedroom. Casa Pargo sleeps up to 6 people.

The lounge has a sizeable window with sea views and is comfortably furnished with a seating area next to an open fireplace with Satellite TV.

There is also a dining area with a large round table. French windows lead out to the terrace, a lovely place to sunbathe and enjoy the view. From the terrace there is a staircase leading down to the garden and swimming pool.

A larger terrace surrounds the pool with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. There is an outdoor shower with hot or cold water and a small summer house with WC and refrigerator. The lower garden has an exit where guests can take an half hour walk down a footpath to a large stretch of beach called La Guardia. A ten minutes walk away is small beach but you have to climp down - an idyllic place.
