The apartment is located in the pretty seafront town of Puerto De Mazarron within walking distance of the beach, promenade and restaurants. The development has a communal pool shared with only 12 apartments and secure off road parking. There is air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms and lounge. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday.
Puerto de mazarron is located on the Costa Calida (warm coast) and boasts over 300 days sunshine per year with daytime temperatures rarely dropping below 15C in the winter and 30C in the summer. All the beaches have blue flag status and range from busy in the centre of the town to having a beach to yourself in the national park area south of the town.
There are several dive centres in the town and watersports equipment can be hired near the marina. The mountains to the north and inland are excellent for cycling, mountain biking or walking. The nearest golf course is only a 10 minute drive away.
The closest city is the historic Cartagena, a 20 minute drive away. The town itself has a very Spanish flavour and has numerous excellent shops and restaurants.

My opinion.

We had an amazing holidays in Puerto de Mazarron. The apartment was very nice. The swimming pool was very handy although the beach wasn't far away. There was a small problem of finding that street at 1 o'clock in the night as some streets were too small for the sat nav.
