This beautiful villa built in the 60’s lies above one of the most beautiful bays on the Costa Brava – Canyelles Petites. Located at the end of a ‘cul-de-sac’ in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by pine trees, it offers spectacular views out of every room and from its large, very private terrace (22 m2), which is partly covered to offer refreshing shadow during the hot summer days. The villa, which was completely renovated in 2009, captures every beam of the sun throughout the day and offers a romantic direct footpath (6 minutes) down to one of the nicest gold sanded beaches in the region.

Behind the large office area, the completely new kitchen offers amazing views over the Mediterranean while cooking as well as every comfort (dish washer, electric oven, etc.). It leads directly into a large dining & living area with panorama windows over the sea. On the first floor, the three comfortable bedrooms (+ 2 bathrooms) are located, two of them with two single beds and one with a queen size (140x200 cm) double bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

While Canyelles Petites only lies 3 km out of Roses , it offers visitors its own leisure area along the beach walk with Restaurants, a local Supermarket, Bars & entertainment. Please ask for our brochure including the large offer of cultural and sports activities in the region.
