The apartment has secure ground floor terrace on a beach front complex. It has two bedrooms, 1 Double, 1 Twin, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and 40sqm terrace, which has stunning pool and sea views. The master bedroom has an en suite and also has doors leading onto the terrace. The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc. Within the complex you will find a large swimming pool and a smaller one for the children. (Opening times vary, subject to spainsh law as Lifeguard must be present). There is also a childrens play area and lovely gardens. The complex also boasts 2 paddle tennis courts. The apartment has an allocated underground parking space within the grounds. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a 15 minute stroll along the esplanade. So If you are looking for a beach, pool or active holiday in a fantastic location then you need look no further.

Golf can be arranged in Spain or just over the impressive suspension bridge into Portugal. We can organise tee times and pre-book these for you if you require.

Note for Rental Rates £100 deposit per week is required to secure the booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Or for last minute bookings, payment can be made locally.
