Lovely two bedroom semi-detached bungalow with private garden and own pool. Will sleep six with sofa bed in lounge.

The bungalow has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fitted kitchen and large L shaped lounge/diner.

Their is secure parking. The bungalow has a sun terrace on top with table and chairs

It has all the facilities and comforts of home with the luxury of a pool and the warmth of the Spanish sun.

The lounge has ample comfortable seating, coffee table, and TV. Their is a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cooker, double sink. The use of an ironing board and iron, clothes airer and clothes line, and double aspect onto either garden or pool. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles. Also we could accommodate two extra people with a sofa bed in the lounge. It has two bathrooms, one with a washing machine and shower, toilet and hand basin, the other with a bath, shower over and hand basin and toilet. Outside their is a back landscaped garden with fishpond and the use of garden furniture. To the side is a lovely pool with sunbeds. At the front of the bungalow is a furnished terrace overlooking a gravel garden with a selection of plants. Alongside the front garden is a driveway with double gates.
The sun terrace on top has wonderful views to the mountains inland and the sea and coastline in Altea and Albir.

It is 43 klms to Alicante airport. The bungalow is 3 klms back from Altea sea front along the LaNucia road in a quiet area. Their is a well stocked local supermarket, a tapas bar and a restuarant. Altea old town is well worth a visit with its lovely old church, narrow cobbled streets great restuarants and quaint little shops. The newer town of Altea is equally inviting, and has lots to offer for the tourist. The seafront is beautiful with a great view of the Ifach rock in Calpe, just a 20 minute drive away, and another pretty place to visit. Albir is a pleasent 20 min. walk along the seafront from Altea. It has a good beach, with sunbeds.

Fonts de Algar are lovely waterfalls close by with facilities for swimming and sunbathing, a lovely day out.

All towns have great markets, Benidorm being the biggest with lively music.

Airport transfers may be available if you should wish at extra cost.
Please bring your own pool and beach towels.
