Villa in Montemar, Benissa

The villa in Benissa is attractive and comfortable with a pretty garden. The location is on a main access road from Benissa to Moraira and there is quite a bit of road noise - not heard in the house, but invasive in the garden. The description states that there is a bath tub but, in fact, there is not. However, there are two shower cubicles. For English speaking clients, there are only two English TV channels available - BBC World News and France 24. Although the owner has made great efforts with security for the house and garden, we encountered two episodes of intruders in the garden - both jumped the lowest part of the wall. It would seem that burglary is a common problem in Spain so residents/renters need to be careful about what they leave in the garden and about leaving doors and windows open. The villa is well equipped with comfortable seating both inside and in the garden. Not sure about the water bed!!
