Ittetas is a quiet residential area on the Bay of Palma. A ten minute car or bus ride from the City of Palma with lovely beaches right on the doorstep. Nice restaurants, bars and two small supermarkets within walking distance. Bendinat Golf Course is a five minute walk away.

The apartment occupies the whole of the top floor. There are four balconys in the flat; three facing the sea and one the rear garden and swimming pool. The pool is accessable via one flight of stairs at the rear of building and is set in a beautifully kept garden.

There is a separate cloakroom/toilet off the hall, as well as two other bathrooms each with toilet.
