This well-furnished, beuatiful 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment is located in lower Riviera less than 5 min walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and transport.

Our bright one bedroom apartment has a lounge/diner leading to the south facing glassed terrace with fantastic sea views. The good sized double bedroom has built-in wardrobes and there is a full seperate bathroom. There is also a single bed, with another pull-out single bed in the lounge so 4 people can comfortably sleep in the apartment. Apartment has semi separate fully fitted kitchen. There is SkyTV in the apartment so you can take your own Sky card with you.

Apartment is in an excellent community, which has 2 pools (one for children), mini library beside the pool, beautiful gardens and spacious barbecue area. Tennis courts can be hired at the popular Aztec Club only 5 mins walk away.

The Costa del Sol is also known for dozens of golf courses along the coast catering for golfers of all levels and abilities. The nearest golf course is within 2 km.

Apartment is situated 20 min drive from Malaga airport, 15 min from Marbella and Fuengirola. There are also frequent local buses along the coast or a taxi near the apartment.

Our property management agents in Spain will be on hand to provide you with any help or information you may need to make your stay as relaxed as possible. They will provide an airport pickup service if required (additional 50 EUR over the price), a welcome pack to meet your immediate needs (additional 55 EUR over the price), and will be there to greet you on arrival to show you round the apartment.
