Situated at the 1st floor of a modern (2005) haven-residence (PORT GRAN) in Roses Santa Margarida, offering confortable services : security agents, wide common pool, jacuzzi and solarium with nice plantations (as well in the inner halls as outside), video door-opener. Internet access in the office at the entrance of Port Gran.
From the spacious terrace, view over the navigable river and, further, on a natural area without any construction.
Private parking in the lower floor, just next the lift.

Notes
Booking will be confirmed by the transfer of a reservation fee of 30%. Final payment in cash at the arrival. The keys will be handed-over in exchange of a garantee of 140 euro refundable at the departure if everything is OK (no damage, no extra cleaning).
The last day, the appartment is to be leaved before eleven, as clean as it was at the arrival time. Otherwise, it will be deduced 30 euro per working hour for getting it as clean as it was before the rent.

Residence is only allowed for the number of people mentionned on the confirmation act. Nobody else is allowed to stay without prior special permission.
