This 2 bedroom comfortable modern apartment is within 3 minutes walk of a sandy beach and paseo lined with cafes and restaurants, leading to the town centre and a newly developed marina.

Several bays within walking distance, some water sports nearby including a diving centre. Natural spa baths plus other attractions within an hour’s drive, as are Murcia and Alicante airports. There are also activities such as go-carting, bowling and golf within a short distance of the apartment.

Apartment in small complex with shared pool open in July and August. The apartment itself consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There is a lounge/dining room with a bed settee and doors opening out onto a balcony with table and chairs (there is also access to the balcony from one of the bedrooms). There is a fully fitted kitchen and utility area and a bathroom with bath and shower.

This apartment would be suitable for pushchair or wheelchair users as it is on the first floor with a lift. Outside there is a sloping walkway to beach and paesao.
