The complex "Las Arenas" has 2 swimming pools surrounded by tropical gardens and has its own entrance to the Los Monteros beach which is widely accepted as the best stretch of beach along the Marbella coast.
The accommodation is a perfect place for golfer sun-lovers or those in need of some fun and relaxation.
The penthouse comprises of a large spacious lounge and dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped separated kitchen and a large terrace with a view to the tropical garden and the main swimming pool. You have 1 twin bedrooms and one double-room with a separated bathroom on the ground floor. On the 2nd level, the master double-bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a large relaxing covered terrace with an extra bed.
There is an underground parking and 24h security.
Bahia de Marbella development is only 5 km east of Marbella center, right in front of the hospital “Costa del Sol “ and at 5’ drive to the shopping center “La Cañada”. Its about 30’ to Malaga international airport. In a few minutes drive you reach about 15 golf courses.
Many chiringuitos and restaurants are available on the beach and in the shopping area of Elviria.

Maid service available at 12€/ have other properties, all on the beach, in Marbella, Elviria, Calahonda, Bahia de Marbella & San Pedro.
