Modern and quiet spacious 2/4**** self contained apartments: 1st floor consists of 3 bedroom apartment(2 double beds + 2 single beds + cot if required), modern large fully fitted kitchen/sitting room with satellite, TV/DVD, washing machine, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and safe, 2 shower rooms, terrace and roof top solarium to 2nd floor.
Ground floor apartment consists of 2 bedrooms(1 double bed + 3 single beds + cot if required), modern large fully fitted kitchen/sitting room with satellite TV/DVD, washing machine, oven/hob, microwave, coffee percolator, dishwasher and safe, and 1 shower room.
The villa has its own driveway and gardens, private pool/diving board, 100 metres from La Zenia Hotel and a variety of blue flag beaches. It is very suitable for people with arthritis or similar ailments and all year let as property has oil central heating through out and air-con to main living room and ceiling fans to bedrooms.
Centrally located to Villa Martin, Las Rambles and Campoamor golf courses. There are many blue flag beaches in the area but La Zenia or Cala Bosque and Cala Cerrada beaches are at the end of Calle San Antonio. Other beaches locally are Playa Flamenca, Cala Capitán and Cabo Roig. Other activities include coastal walks, fishing, golfing, go karting. There are a variety of shops and restaurants at La Zenia and Paddys Point. Torrevieja is also worth a visit for its evening fun park, restaurants/bars and sea front walks. Go Karting and water park are also close to the La Zenia etc.
Centrally located to Murcia San Javier Airport (25 mins) with a variety of Ryanair flights from Ireland, UK and Europe.
Alicante Airport (45 mins) Aer Lingus, British Airways etc. Can be let long term if required.
Rent from €950-450 weekly for the 1st floor 3 bedroom apartment and €300-560 weekly for the ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. Long term let available with rent on application. Fab, lovely place, would go again in a heartbeat

This property is fabulous and very reasonable. I was actually more pleasantly surprised on arrival as the photos Don't do it quite as much justice as it deserves. It is also a stones throw from A lovely beach which was perfect for watching the sunrise/ sunset. The town itself was lovely and again the apartment within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants and bars. Delighted with our stay and hope to be back again next year.
