La Herradura is outstanding for its stunning bay, washed by waters of the Mediterranean, which has become a favourite spot for water sports, including scuba diving. The beach is set between two mountains, and is thus well sheltered from winds. Besides marine flora and fauna of great ecological value, its beds are home to the remains of 25 Spanish naval galleons.

The perfect summer holiday home located in one of the most beautiful villages along the Costa Tropical!

Local amenities include, 2 kilometers of beach, childrens playgrounds, cafes, restaurants, summer cinema, scuba diving clubs, tennis clubs, waterpark, etc.

On offer is a beautiful and very comfortable, fully furnished apartment with a very large terrace perfect for relaxing and having barbeques!

The apartment comprises of:

- Entrance hallway

- Large living/dining room. There are double sliding doors opening onto the terrace.

- Master bedroom with large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with double sliding doors opening onto the terrace.

- Second bedroom, with two single beds, wardrobe.

- Fully fitted kitchen with hatch to dining area.

- Separate laundry room.

The terrace is partly covered and partly uncovered and offers sunshine as well as a high degree of privacy.

The apartment has air-conditioning (hot&cold) throughout.

Included in the rental is a private indoor parking place and guests have the full use of the community pool and free wi-fi, all located within the grounds.

Distance from Malaga airport: about 75 kms or approximately a 45 minutes drive. distance from Granada airport: about 85 kms or approximately a 60 minutes drive.

Notes
* CHANGEOVER DATES
Saturday is the preferred change over day, although this is flexible if bookings allow. Due to the cleaning schedule, tenants may not be able to enter the apartment before 2 PM on the day of arrival and may have to leave on the day of departure by 11 A.M. This is also flexible if bookings allow.

* LINEN AND TOWELS
Bed Linen and towels are supplied for 4 people. These are laundered at the end of the rental period - please bring own pool/beach towels.

* BOOKING NOTES
A 33% non-refundable deposit (payable by bank transfer) will be required in order to confirm a booking, the remainder will be required 4 weeks before arrival.

* DAMAGES DEPOSIT
There is a refundable damages deposit of €150 required, it is refunded on departure. The deposit will also be paid 4 weeks before arrival. Breakages or damages to the apartment must be replaced or notified to us on or before the Departure Date.

* BEDROOMS
The apartment takes a maximum of 4 people. One double and 2 singles.

* PETS
Sorry no pets allowed.

We live in Ireland where the weather leaves a lot to be desired! After holidaying in the Costa Tropical for the past 10 years and purchasing a property there, we want everyone to enjoy the fabulous scenery, climate, food etc which we love. I highly recommend La Herradura as a holiday destination, for families, couples, sports people, retired people, it has something for everyone. I hope you enjoy it as much as we always do!!
