The apartment has two big bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with
2 single beds (offcourse you can slide them together). Every bedroom has his own bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The apartment will comfortable sleep up to 4 people. Sheets and blankets are available.

There is a separate kitchen, fully equiped.

The living room consists of 2 parts. The dining area and TV area.
The tv is connected to the satellite wich receives English, Spanish, German, Belgian and Dutch channels. There s air-conditioning (even in the 2 bedrooms), central heating and alarm.

The terrace (my absolute favorite!) is fully furnished. 4 luxurious chairs with table and 2 sunbeds (tan garanteed).


The Mediterranean way of living for a great holiday atmosphere.
Relaxing and chosing the sport or family activities you want. I cant blame if you chose the beach every day, but the area has much more to discover!
Culture, history and nature could be other options on your holiday menu.
With Alicante, Murcia, Elche, Torrevieja and Mar Menor nearby, you can find plenty of daytrips.

There are several beaches. Campoamor, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Alicante beach are recommended by all previous tenants.

The sportfacillities are an extra plus. Golf, horseriding, all watersports, paintball, bowling, biking, walking, jetski and go-karting in a distance of 5 km. Also the waterpark and attractionpark are very popular.



Airport murcia 20 minutes, Alicante 50 minutes.

Notes
The area has the best climate in the world, thanks to the many (and beautifull) salt lakes. An average of 300 sunny days a year.

Verry comfortable and luxurious apartment. Give space up to 4 pers (or 2 couples of 2) and has satellite with channels from all over Europe.

Supermarket at 500 meters, golf and tenniscourts at 5 min walk, footballpitches at 1 km. In the park are several kinderplaygrounds.

Many places nearby to visit (Alicante, Torrevieja, Murcia, Elche, Mar Menor, La Manga,...)
