has a large pool and toddlers paddling pool literally outside
the front door.
Situated within walking distance of Torrevieja town and is only
250 metres from the sea, supermarket, bar/restaurants and
local bus routes.
There are plenty of bar/restaurants locally but Torrevieja boasts
over 200 and a bustling night life, street market and fairground.
Other attractions include the weekly market every Friday morning -
the largest in Spain, blue flag beaches, numerous golf courses,
Marina, sports centre, snorkling, water park, fishing, go-carting,
crazy golf, numerous shops in town and shopping mall. Truly
international dining with a choice of German, Italian, Mexican,
Chinese, Indian, Spanish, English (fish & chips) restaurants.
And, of course, Mac Donalds and Burger King.
In the apartment you will feel instantly at home, both double
bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and new double beds.
The lounge is spacious with hot and cold aircon, flat screen T.V.
with English and Spanish channels and d.v.d. player. Dining is
recommended on the external, enclosed patio where you can dine
with views of the pool and ideal for a leisurly breakfast or late
night drink - where smoking is permitted.
A small welcome pack is also included and cleaning of the
apartment is also included in the price.
