The apartment is located on the second floor. Through the entrance door you step into the hallway where you will find directly on the right fully equipped kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, micro oven, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Just ahead is the door to a spacious living room with sofa and dining table for 6 people. There is a music system with a cable to connect the iPod and there is WiFi Internet and flat screen TV with satellite connection with local channels, Eurosport and MTV mf.

From the lounge there is access through sliding doors to a spacious terrace with lounge group, 2 sun beds and dining table for 6 people. The grill is one of the big gas grills.
From the terrace there are wonderful views over the Mediterranean and the Santa Maria golf course.

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds of which the master bedroom has a bathroom
en suite. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes.

From the entrance hall to the left there is a hallway which gives access to a bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The 2 bathrooms have a combination of bath and shower. One of the bathrooms has a toilet and a bidet.

This apartment has its own private parking under the building. There is an elevator directly up to the apartment level.

There are towels and bedding for all guests.

The urbanization has not less than 4 pool areas. There is children's pool.

The apartment is on Santa Maria Golf Course, which is one of the most popular on the coast.

The urbanization is situated away from the noise of the A-7 a little ride up the mountain. It is approximately 1 km down the mountain to supermarkets, bars and restaurants and one of the best stretches of the Costa del Sol. Only 5 minutes drive to the world famous beach club ‘Nikki Beach’.

The apartment is approx. 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport.
Distances approximately:
Marbella: 7 km
Puerto Banus: 15 km
Fuengirola: 20 km
San Pedro/Benahavis: 25 km


Prices are based on 8 persons. 
 
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.

Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.

Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
