The villa is built of a very high standard and consists of the main house, with enormous lounge with mezzanine (which is used as an extra sleeping area), 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, one en suite and the lower apartment in the bodega style cellar with 3 bedrooms, bar lounge, kitchen, wc and bathroom. Both beautifully decorated with beamed ceilings, wooden walls and stone fireplaces. There is also a 70sq mts games room with bbq and bar facilities and a fabulous sun terrace with another bbq and swimming pool of 8m x 4m not too deep so children and adults of all ages may swim safely. There is also a lovely play area for the children in the garden with a covered large picnic area and another bbq next to it. The bbq area on the terrace has a lovely fish pond. A truly awe inspiring house to have the holiday of your dreams. The villa is situated near the quaint Roman village of Vinyols iels Arcs, is 5 minutes drive from the picturesque fishing resort of Cambrils and only a 10 min drive from the popular resort of Salou the no. 1 family resort on the Costa Dorada with it's famous theme park, Port Aventura. It's also only a 45 min drive from the Delta Ebro, a favourite fishing location. The position of the villa allows you the tranquility and total privacy of the countryside with perfect access on tarmac roads but the benefit of being close to all the surrounding amenities and only 50 mins drive from the Capital of Catalunya, Barcelona.

The villa and apartment are furnished to sleep 18 people. The property is clean on arrival and should be left in the same condition. An option of paying €60 for final cleaning is available. Bed linen is included in the price but towels are charged at an optional,
10 euros per set of 3 per person per holiday.Optional extra services: Cleaning €20 per day, end of holiday cleaning (whole house) €60, Cooking €15 per hour, Shopping €25 (Dutch and English products are available). Change over day is Saturday. Arrival 16.00 Departure 10.00. Airport collection service available and car hire can be arranged. Weekend stays - the departure time may be extended to 17.00.

Hello. Our names are Kay and Willy Jager. I am English and my husband is Dutch. I have lived in Spain for 22 years and Willy for 14 years, so we know a lot about the area, customs and people. Villa Willka is our own home which Willy built and now happily rent out as a holiday home, to large and smaller groups alike,to people who love Spain and want to enjoy a fabulous holiday.
