Lovely Corner property, in a low rise community. Only 250 meters from the beach, supermarket and local resturaunts.
The house is very airy and bright. It caters for 5 very comfortably.
The outside area has a sunny aspect throughout the day, during the summer months you are able to enjoy nearly 12hrs sunshine without leaving the property.
A roof terrace with pleasant views, offers privacy for those seeking it.
A large well maintained pool is complemented with a childrens paddling pool, set in gardens. The pool and gardens are only accessable to residents. Both only a few meters from the property. The pool is fully visible from the patio.

The kitchen is well equiped for self catering the local produce is of a high quality with prices generally cheaper than the uk. Seafood being the best value. (Many of the locally grown fruit and vegtables are exported to premium UK supermakets).

Having two bathrooms one on the ground floor, a bedroom is also situated on the ground floor making the property suitable for less abled visitors. The surrounding area is generally flat.

Being a larger plot there is plenty of space for children to play.
It is possible to park cars within the property, however they are equally safe on the street. Bolnuevo is a quiet friendly village type atmosphere, with a cosmopolitan comunity with residents and vistors from all over europe.
English is understood in most shops and bars in the area. Outdoor nightclubs are a short drive near to the town of Mazarron, these are seviced by local taxis.

The Port of Mazarron is 5minutes drive, and offers more resturaunts, shops and bars. A new marina is the centre piece and is a magnet for people watching. During the summer months a childrens fair is operated, with rides that never seem to end!!!

The Casa Mandalay is lovely quiet safe enviroment for your holiday, if you require more information please feel free to ask.
